## Track B — Systems analysts & product (default)

**Audience:** Systems analysts, product managers, BA/PO roles.

**Format:** 2 sessions — half day + full day. Live demos with Claude on a real example.

**Outcomes:** Running prototype + specification document ready for development (PRD + test docs).

**4-stage methodology:**
1. Understand the problem — stakeholders, root cause → personas & problem definition
2. Validate assumptions — data-driven → validation report
3. Shape the solution — MVP + live clickable prototype
4. Write the spec — approved artifacts → functional spec (PRD) + test documents

**Platform:** Specs-AI manages the end-to-end flow from requirements through live prototype feedback to locked spec for dev.

## Track A — Managers & employees

**Audience:** Managers and staff already using ChatGPT/Claude casually — no technical background required.

**Format:** 4 weekly sessions × 90 minutes, groups of 5–7. Private channel + 30-day access after the workshop.

**Outcomes:** Personal AI playbook, fluency in 8–12 tools, professional AI vocabulary (Agent, MCP, RAG, etc.), AI inside Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams.

**Sessions:** (1) Tool map & prompt patterns, (2) AI in daily office tools, (3) Research, visuals & decks, (4) Agent concepts + personal playbook.
